Shipping Policy (How Your Mischief Arrives)
Every Travieso item is made fresh the moment you order it. No dusty warehouse shelves, no forgotten boxes — just your gear getting printed, packed, and shipped straight to you with love (and maybe a little chaos).
Processing Time
Because everything is printed on demand, most orders take 2–5 business days to create before they ship. Busy seasons (holidays, big sales, or when the universe feels dramatic) may take a bit longer.
Shipping Times
Once your order ships, delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
International orders vary by country, customs, and how friendly your local postal system is feeling.
Note: These timelines are estimates — we don’t control carrier delays, weather, or rogue mail gremlins.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We don’t inflate shipping — what you see is what the carrier charges.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If it doesn’t show up, check your spam folder — sometimes our emails like to play hide-and-seek.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, the postal service considers it complete. If your package is lost or delayed, email us at hola@travieso.store and we’ll help investigate.
We cannot replace items stolen after delivery, but we’ll always do our best to point you in the right direction.
Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it — but you’ll be responsible for the new shipping
